Drama Wave Charged My Bank Card Without Active Subscription
I am writing regarding unauthorized charges taken from my bank card by Drama Wave despite not having an active subscription. I noticed that payments have been collected from my UK bank card, and in total the amount taken is £193.57, even though I do not have a valid subscription with your service. I contacted the relevant parties and was directed to submit my complaint here. I request a full refund of every payment that has been taken from my bank card without a valid subscription and a clear explanation of how these charges were made in the first place. I also ask that any existing or hidden membership associated with my details be cancelled and that no further payments be taken from my card without my explicit consent. I expect this issue to be investigated urgently, my money to be refunded in full, and written confirmation once the problem has been resolved.
