Unauthorised Transaction By DramaWave

For the last four months, I have been charged £13.43 every week by “Dramawave SG SGP” and “Dramawave” on my card without my approval or any prior relationship with this company. I have never opened an account, started a trial, or knowingly used any Dramawave service. So far, these unauthorised weekly payments add up to about £200. When I contacted my credit card company, they told me that I needed to cancel the payments directly with Dramawave, but I do not know how to reach the company or which account these charges are linked to. Through this complaint, I request that these unauthorised weekly payments are stopped immediately and that I receive a refund for the amounts taken without my consent. I also ask for clear information on how my card details were obtained and used, and for assistance in completely cancelling any subscription or profile that may have been created in my name without my knowledge.
