I ordered a 43" LG touchscreen TV from Doranlive to be delivered to my address in Brampton, Canada. The tracking number of my order is BST2387295386US and the total amount I paid for this purchase was 92 dollars. In the application, the shipment status appears as “delivered,” but I have not received any product. I checked the cameras, and there is no record of any delivery being made to my address at the time shown as delivered. No delivery person called me, and no one came to my door, even though my correct address and phone number were clearly provided in the order. Despite this, the system still shows that the TV has been delivered, and I have not received any support or explanation. I am really disappointed with this service, and I feel deceived, because I have effectively lost my 92 dollars for a product that never reached me. I request that this issue be urgently investigated, that it be clearly shown where and to whom this product was allegedly delivered, and that I receive a full refund of my 92 dollars without any further delay.
