Metro Turizm Bus Never Arrived and Passengers Were Left Waiting in the Cold
We bought tickets from Metro Turizm for the 10:45 PM bus on 03/12/2026. The current time is 12:30 PM on 04/10/2026, and so many passengers have been left stranded outside in the cold. We are still waiting outside with our luggage, and the bus has not arrived yet. We have been calling customer service, but they are not taking any action or providing a solution. We are extremely inconvenienced by this situation.
