IQScore.ME Cancel Subscription And Refund

I have recently been charged by IQSCORE.ME in the amount of 14.99 USD, even though I want to cancel my subscription and stop using the service. The last charge of 14.99 USD appears in my bank records dated 03/10/2026. The problem I am facing is that I cannot access my IQSCORE.ME account to cancel the subscription, because I no longer remember the email address I used to register. For this reason I am unable to log in, manage my subscription, or stop further payments from being taken. I request that my subscription with IQSCORE.ME be fully cancelled and that the last 14.99 USD charge be refunded to me, as I cannot use the service and have no access to my account. I also ask for written confirmation that my subscription has been terminated and that no further fees will be charged to my card.
