SHEIN Order Still Pending After Successful Payment

On 2026 March, I made a payment of ₦20,168 on SHEIN in Nigeria for an order I placed. It has been almost an hour since I completed the payment, but Shine has still not confirmed my payment or my order. At the moment, I do not know how to contact SHEIN customer support, so I have not been able to get any clarification or assistance regarding this pending payment and order. I request that my payment be urgently reviewed and that my order be confirmed without any further delay. If this is not possible, I request an immediate full refund of the ₦20,168 I paid.
