Otelz.com Charged $183 but Hotel Refused to Honor Our Reservation

Today, despite having a reservation for Kılıç Boutique Hotel through Otelz.com for which $183 was charged to our credit card, we were refused accommodation when we arrived at the hotel and were left without a place to stay. Our reservation number is 5653843, and our PIN code is 4384. Even though we had a reservation confirmation email from Otelz.com showing that the payment had been approved, the property refused to accept us. We experienced serious inconvenience because the payment had already been charged, yet we were still left without a place to stay. We also received an email stating that the invoice would not be issued for 7 days. I request an immediate refund of the amount we paid, as well as prompt compensation for the inconvenience we experienced. I also request that the responsible parties be investigated and that appropriate measures be taken to prevent similar situations from happening again.
