Doranlive Order Not Delivered - Fake Tracking, No Refund

I ordered a 43" screen/tablet from Doranlive via their website www.doranlive.com on 03 February 2026 at 23:34, with order number HJR-33800321. According to the tracking information, the shipment is shown as delivered on 09 March 2026, but I never received any package at my address. When I informed the company that the tracking shows “delivered” although I did not receive the product, they replied saying that the logistics company may have made a mistake, that the parcel is shown as signed for, and that they therefore cannot claim anything from the courier. They also stated that they incurred costs due to a low-price promotional event and, for this reason, offered me only a 30% refund of the total order amount instead of solving the situation properly. I did not receive the product I paid for, the tracking information does not reflect the reality of the situation, and yet the company refuses to take full responsibility. Due to the fake or incorrect tracking information, the refusal to issue a proper refund and the way they are handling this issue, I believe this website is acting like a scam and I feel completely deceived. I request an immediate full refund of the total amount I paid for order HJR-33800321, since the product has not been delivered to me at all. I also expect the company to investigate the shipment with the courier instead of placing the burden on the customer and to ensure that similar issues do not happen again.
