Doranlive.com Scam: Not Received The Item & Contact Info is Not Valid

I ordered an ApoloSign 32'' UHD 4K Smart Portable TV from the website doranlive.com, but my item has not been delivered even though the tracking information says otherwise. The tracking shows the shipment as delivered on 2026-04-25 at 11:53, yet I have not received any package at my address. My order number for this purchase is BST2387286845US. To resolve the situation, I tried to contact customer service using the only option provided, the email address help@**-customerservice.info, but this email does not work and I have not been able to reach anyone about my missing delivery. I request that my order be either delivered to me as promised or that my payment be refunded immediately, and I also expect to be contacted through a working support channel so this issue can be properly addressed.
