Discover Cars Gave Me the Wrong Rental & Ignored Me When the Car Broke Down

I rented a car from Street Car at Skopje Airport through Discover Cars, paying in advance for full coverage and rental fees. However, when I arrived, they couldn’t find my reservation and instead of the 7-seater I booked, they gave me a 5-seater.

The next evening, they finally brought an old, worn-out 7-seater, causing me to lose an entire day of my trip. The next day, the car broke down, and neither Discover Cars, Street Car, nor Joy Car answered my calls. I spent two days dealing with this mess, pushing a dead car, waiting at a repair shop, and missing several planned destinations.

They also refused to refund my taxi expenses and deducted money for repairs. It has been 35 days, and they keep telling me to "wait." I demand a response and compensation now!
