I booked a rental car through DiscoverCars for my trip to Macedonia, agreeing to pay €55 + €60 as per the initial deal. ...However, when I arrived in Skopje, the rental company refused to release the car unless I purchased a €240 insurance plan. They claimed they couldn’t block the deposit on my card,
