DiscoverCars Refused to Modify or Refund My Booking Due to Visa Issues

We planned a trip to Lesbos Island and booked a rental car through DiscoverCars.com. However, during the visa-on-arrival process, we encountered an issue that prevented us from traveling with our family. Since we could no longer go, we tried to cancel or at least reschedule our car rental before the pickup date, but DiscoverCars refused to help in any way. They wouldn’t allow a date change, a refund, or even a partial credit. Their lack of flexibility and zero customer support left us stranded, losing both our rental and our money. This is completely unfair. I demand a resolution! If you’re booking through DiscoverCars, beware—they won’t assist you if travel issues arise!
