DHL Damaged My TV During Delivery




I've been waiting for a replacement for my 65S95C television from Samsung. DHL logistics delivered the TV to Samsung's technical service in Afyonkarahisar. However, my experience with DHL has been far from satisfactory; their incompetence has reached new heights. My 100,000 TL television was not only mishandled, but DHL's carelessness prevented the technical service from properly inspecting it. They refused to allow an examination and did not even properly document the damage. I've been waiting for days for compensation for DHL's negligence, and now the TV has arrived in pieces as a result of DHL's carelessness. This level of abuse is intolerable. How can a logistics company such as DHL deliver a 100,000 TL television to such a location? Shame on you.
