Paid Plan On StarMaker Not Working – Request Activation or Refund
I purchased a one‑week cash recharge plan on StarMaker two days ago for approximately 350 Indian rupees. The plan shows as active in my account, but it is not working properly. I can only use normal singing and recording; party room and the other features that should be included in the plan are not opening and are unusable for me. As payment proof, I have a successful transaction to Google Play for ₹320 on 11 July 2026 with UPI Transaction ID 233450321926. Despite this successful payment, the one‑week plan benefits are not being provided as promised. I request that my one‑week cash recharge plan be fully activated with access to party room and all related features for the entire duration, or that my payment be refunded if this cannot be fixed.
