FamPay accidental payment to the wrong account, please help recover and investigate the transaction
I am writing regarding an accidental payment I made through FamPay that remains unresolved despite my attempts to obtain assistance from your support team. On July 13, 2026, I mistakenly transferred ₹301 to the wrong recipient through the FamPay app. The payment was successfully processed, and the transaction details shown in the app include TXN667178391678033 and Transaction ID: FMPIB6146704642, with a total amount of ₹301. The funds were sent to a recipient named A***** C*****. As soon as I realized the mistake, I contacted FamPay customer support, explained that the transfer had been made accidentally, and requested that the transaction be reversed. I was informed that my case would be reviewed and that I would receive an update as soon as possible. However, I have still not received any resolution or refund, and the amount has not been returned to my account. I kindly request that FamPay urgently investigate this transaction, reverse the ₹301 payment if possible, or otherwise assist me in recovering the funds from the recipient. I also request a clear written update explaining the action taken and the current status of my case.
