Exness Account 47051351: 6-Month Withdrawal Restriction Unresolved

I am writing to report a serious issue with Exness regarding a withdrawal that has remained unresolved for several months and has ultimately been rejected without a satisfactory explanation. On March 4, 2026, I submitted a withdrawal request for 30,394 USD via USDT (BEP20) to my wallet. The funds were never received, and the withdrawal request was later rejected by Exness.

When I contacted Exness customer support, I was informed that I needed to provide additional documents and complete a verification review. I fully cooperated and submitted the requested documents numerous times. However, despite my repeated efforts, I have continuously received the same response: "Your case is under review. Please wait." No meaningful progress has been made.

For more than four months, I have contacted Exness support almost every business day, yet the review has still not been completed, and my withdrawal request remains unresolved. As a result, my funds have effectively been inaccessible for approximately half a year, which I consider completely unacceptable.

In addition, there is still 9,394 USD remaining in my Exness account that I am currently unable to withdraw.

I respectfully request that Exness complete the review of my account immediately, approve my pending withdrawal requests without any further delay, and ensure that the full 30,394 USD, as well as the remaining 9,394 USD in my account, are successfully transferred to my USDT (BEP20) wallet as soon as possible. I also request a clear written explanation for the prolonged delay and the repeated rejection of my withdrawal despite my full cooperation throughout the verification process.
