When my shipment arrived, my television was completely shattered. Although I signed a delivery form that claimed the courier company would take responsibility for any damage, no one told me, “If it’s broken, return it immediately.” The package clearly had a “fragile” label, but judging by the condition of the screen, it looked like it had been thrown around carelessly. The entire screen was pitch black and shattered beyond use.
I paid ₺1,000 for this product, and I expect to receive the item I paid for in perfect condition. A television screen isn’t paper-thin—this kind of damage wouldn’t happen unless the package was mishandled. To make matters worse, another item I ordered, a vacuum cleaner, sat in the shipping facility for 10 days before finally being delivered. This level of negligence and carelessness is simply unacceptable.
I demand a full investigation into how my television was transported and a prompt refund or replacement. I will also be filing an official complaint to ensure others don’t suffer the same treatment. A company that handles fragile electronics this irresponsibly needs to be held accountable.
