LG Service Ruined My 65-inch TV Repair
I dropped off my LG 65-inch television for screen replacement at the LG service center in Adiyaman/Gölbaşi about three months ago. They informed me about a week later that the wrong screen had been sent and that they would order a new one from LG headquarters. However, the screen has not arrived since that time. Despite numerous calls to customer service, I have received no response. They claimed that the screen had not arrived because of an unpaid service debt. They have upset me with their internal problems. On May 26th, the customer service representative I spoke with assured me that the part would be shipped by May 29th, but no part has been shipped as of yet. I'm curious about your perspective on service. Instead of showing concern for the earthquake-affected region, you appear completely unconcerned. My complaints should be resolved.
