Samsung QLED 55” TV Damaged by Power Issue
My Samsung QLED 55” TV was damaged due to a neutral fault from the electricity provider, and it completely stopped working. When I called the authorized service, they refused to confirm the cause of the damage, simply because they weren’t present at the time it happened. Instead of providing proper support, they only offered to bill me for part replacements. Samsung’s central support gave me the same response—just a repair invoice stating “part replaced,” with no detailed explanation. This is unacceptable because it prevents me from filing a claim with the electricity company for compensation. My TV costs ₺55,000-₺60,000, and now I might not get reimbursed due to Samsung’s lack of accountability. This experience has completely ruined my trust in Samsung. I will never buy from them again. Samsung, take responsibility and help your customers instead of dismissing them!
