Premature Damage and Disputed Warranty at Deichmann Store!

I recently bought a pair of Puma shoes for my child, but they fell apart after only 5 months, even though they were barely worn. I took them back to the store, and after they looked at them, they said it wasn't their fault because it wasn't a problem with how they were made. This made me feel very upset. I thought the customer service would be better and that my problem would be fixed. If this problem isn't fixed quickly, I won't shop at Deichmann again. I'm even thinking about going to Consumer Rights with my complaint because I think the warranty should cover such early damage. Because of this, I'm not sure how reliable product warranties are, and I hope there will soon be a good answer. A company like Puma should stand behind the quality of its products.

They called and said that I bought it from Deichmann, and that I should contact them. They were not helpful at all. No matter where I buy it from, if this shoe is Puma, I will deal with you. Of course, I do not recommend it to anyone, and I will definitely not buy Puma again or let anyone else buy it.
Thank you
