Deichmann Warranty Hassle: Nike Shoes in Repair Limbo for Months

I purchased a pair of Nike sneakers with the code 18076110 from Deichmann in September 2022. On August 22, 2023, however, I noticed that the front of the shoe had ripped. I immediately went to the Deichmann store at Gaziemir Optimum AVM to resolve the problem. The store employee informed me that the shoes' warranty had expired and that they no longer had that particular pair in stock. Instead, they advised sending the shoes to be repaired. I sent the shoes in for repair on September 8, 2023, and I was told that the repair would be completed at the latest on Tuesday, September 12, 2023. Surprisingly, the same shoes were available for purchase on Deichmann's international (Germany) website. Customer service insisted on a two-year warranty, and despite having the product in stock, they refused to provide a replacement pair. To make matters worse, the repair appears to be stalled as well.
