Disappointed with Nike Quality! Brand New Shoes Unwearable, Claim Ignored Despite Evidence

On the day I bought my Nike shoes, I mentioned that they felt tight, but they said they would "stretch out." After two weeks, I went back with the same complaint and received the same response. Two weeks later, the shoes started to loosen up, but the right shoe began to tighten even more, causing irritation to my foot. On September 23, 2023, I sent them to the technical service, and after a month, they called to inform me that my claim was denied and asked me to pick up the product from the store. When I went to the store, I talked to them about sending the product back again, and this time they said it would be sent to Ankara. After sending it, I received my shoes on December 6, 2023. There was no change. It's really strange for a brand as reputable as Nike to make such mistakes and not stand behind their faulty product. I paid 3000 ₺ for these shoes before the earthquake and I live in an earthquake zone. I request your assistance and prompt resolution of this matter.
