Two weeks later, the shoes started to loosen up, but the right shoe began to tighten even more, causing irritation to my foot. On September 23, 2023, I sent them to the technical service, and after a month, they called to inform me that my claim was denied and asked me to pick up the product from the store. When I went to the store, I talked to them about sending the product back again, and this time they said it would be sent to Ankara. After sending it, I received my shoes on December 6, 2023. There was no change. It's really strange for a brand as reputable as Nike to make such mistakes and not stand behind their faulty product. I paid 3000 ₺ for these shoes before the earthquake and I live in an earthquake zone. I request your assistance and prompt resolution of this matter.
