Nike ZoomX Invincible Run3 Shoes Tearing And Weak Response

Hello, I've been a Nike customer since I was a child, and I've bought at least ten pairs of shoes over the years. I've always been pleased with Nike products, but I'm very disappointed with my recent purchase of Nike ZoomX Invincible Run3 shoes for June 2023. Despite only wearing them for short trips from my house to the car and from the car to my workplace parking lot, and despite my inability to run due to a meniscus tear, the shoes have torn at the sides after only 50 wears. The interior and sole of the shoes are nearly pristine, as seen in the attached photos, but the sides have opened up. In addition, I bought Nike's most expensive shoes for comfort. In July 2024, I contacted Nike customer service to discuss this issue. They told me that shoes purchased online have a two-year warranty, whereas shoes purchased in-store have a one-year warranty. Since I purchased these shoes from the Nike store in Forum Bornova, I went there to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, the cashier at the store was unhelpful and told me that nothing could be done, leaving me feeling frustrated and helpless just one month after my warranty expired. As a customer who has purchased Nike shoes about ten times and recommended Nike to others, encountering such an issue is extremely disappointing. Should I have purchased multiple pairs from the online store and returned the ones I didn't like, rather than trying them in-store and causing inconvenience for others? This situation seems quite unfair. As a long-standing customer, I expect Nike to address this issue and resolve my grievance. I am requesting that the shoes be replaced or repaired. Knowing Nike's commitment to customer satisfaction, I'm hopeful that this issue will be resolved positively and quickly. Thank you.
