DeFacto Refunded My Order as Gift Points Instead of Returning Money to My Card

I received a message from DeFacto stating that 4000 gift points (₺400) had been added to my account, with no minimum purchase limit and usable even during sales. However, when I try to apply the points in my cart, they don’t show up, and when I select "use gift points," it says none are available. Why send a notification for gift points if they can’t be used? I’m frustrated by this misleading information and would like a solution to use the points as promised.
