DeFacto Gift Club Points Not Appearing at Checkout Despite Not Being Used

After making a purchase through DeFacto, the Gift Club points that were credited to my account aren’t showing up as TL during the payment process or even before. I haven’t used these points previously, so I’m unsure why this issue is happening now. I’d like to know how I can resolve this problem, as I expect to be able to use my earned points when making purchases. DeFacto needs to fix this issue promptly so that I can apply my points properly at checkout.
