When I add grocery items sold by Amazon to my cart, I am unable to use my gift card balance of ₺1,974.74 for my ₺715.45 order, even though this balance is available in my account. The checkbox to apply the gift card amount remains disabled, and the system keeps asking me to make an additional payment. I faced the same problem a month ago, and it was temporarily resolved after I filed a complaint. However, the recurrence of this issue has caused me significant inconvenience, and I am tired of repeatedly seeking a solution. Over the past three days, the prices of the items in my cart have also increased, resulting in financial loss and a loss of trust in Amazon. I request to be able to use my gift card balance and for the prices of the items in my cart to be restored to their previous levels. I expect a permanent solution from Amazon regarding this matter.
