DeFacto Fit BigJoy Protein Box Exploded the Moment I Opened the Lid
On Monday, July 1st, I ordered 2 boxes of BigJoy protein powder from DeFacto Fit, and they arrived today. I was planning to hit the gym in the evening, so I opened the powder for the first time to have a drink beforehand. As soon as I opened the lid, it exploded all over me and inside my car. They must have packed the powder excessively, causing it to burst open. Also, the powder tastes off. This issue needs an urgent resolution—I need my car thoroughly cleaned and compensation for the spoiled powder. Please address this promptly, @BigJoy @DeFactoFit.
