On September 24, 2025, I purchased two units of Bepanthol Sensidaily Face and Body Cleansing Gel (200 ml) through the Migros Mion app under Order No: 725413452. Because my skin is very sensitive and dry, I chose this product based on its gentle ingredients. I opened only one of the bottles and used it for about three weeks, applying it in the evenings to remove my makeup.
However, from the very first day of use, I experienced noticeable redness and sensitivity on my cheeks. At first, I thought it might be caused by another product, so I stopped using everything else—but the irritation continued and even got worse. The product was not expired, and its packaging appeared completely normal.
For this reason, I am requesting a refund for both the opened/used product and the unopened one. I have not contacted Bepanthol customer support yet, and I am seeking assistance and a solution with this complaint.
