Getir Sold Me Fermented Orange Juice That Exploded and Ruined My Entire Kitchen

Fresh pressed orange juice which I bought from Getir exploded! It seems that the cold chain has broken and fermentation occured. It took me 1 hour to clean up the kitchen, I had to throw away my clothes which I was wearing on that day as well as the food standing around on the working place in the kitchen. Everything was polluted: the cupboard, the oven, lighting at the ceiling, the floor, every corner of the kitchen. I have contacted Getir and explained the situation. The answer was that the incident has occured after the delivery and that they cannot take any responsibility!!! I am just glad that nobody has been injured! Kids might have been also around!
