It was so disappointing that the food I ordered never showed up after I was so looking forward to it. when I called to find out where my order was , they just me an outrageous response, they said I wasn't home when the delivery attempt was made. This couldn't be further from the truth—I was looking forward to my meal and definitely at the address given. Customer service for UberEATS says the delivery driver waited at my door for minutes, but what if they went to the wrong address? can't show that it's not true... I'm both hungry and angry, both Burger King and UberEATS need to answer my questions and be responsible. I want both a refund for the food that wasn't delivered and reassurances that steps will be taken to make sure this doesn't happen again. No need to say I’m done with these guys.
