Roborock Denied Warranty Repair for My Original Vacuum

A year ago, I purchased a Roborock robotic vacuum through the Hepsiburada platform, with Hepsiburada itself as the seller. When an issue arose, I wanted to have it repaired under warranty and contacted Roborock Turkey’s authorized service at 08503086777. They informed me that my product was not covered under their service and advised me to check with the seller to determine my warranty provider. They stated that while the product is under warranty, some sellers import items themselves and provide their own warranties. As a result, they directed me to contact the seller to find the affiliated service center. Despite the product being original, they refused to service it, which I find unacceptable. The seller should not act as an intermediary in this matter—the brand itself and its official service center should handle the repair. I insist that my Roborock vacuum be repaired by Roborock’s own authorized service.
