I purchased the Deerma VC25 21.6V cordless vertical vacuum from Hepsiburada on April 12, 2022. It broke within a year. I made a repair request on Hepsiburada, and they said the vacuum needed cleaning, which would cost 250 TL. I bought it for 750 TL. Hepsiburada didn't provide any support, even though the warranty hadn't expired yet. I could've gotten a way better product if I had paid twice as much, but I got tricked by the reviews. It has been two years already. The vacuum is functioning, but the roller isn't spinning. I need to clean it every three months, and I can't do it on my own. I'm trying to write a review, but the system won't let me. I really don't think you should buy this product. It's been two years (I also wrote a year ago), and Hepsiburada and the brand haven't done anything to resolve my complaint. I'm still waiting for a solution to my problem.
