I purchased a pair of Kiprun shoes from the Decathlon store at DSI Synergy, Prabhadevi, Mumbai, on September 27, 2025. After using the shoes for only three days, the fabric on the side of one shoe became worn out and tore. I believe this level of damage is unacceptable given such a very short period of use.
I visited and contacted the store regarding this issue, but I was informed that Decathlon does not cover side fabric tearing and that they would not provide assistance under their policy. I am very disappointed that a product designed for regular sports use showed such damage within just a few days, and that this problem is considered outside the scope of coverage.
Since the shoes were purchased recently and the defect appeared within three days of normal use, I request that Decathlon replace this damaged pair with a new one.
