I purchased a pair of Decathlon 500 Cushion Dark Blue sports shoes from the Optimum mall store, and after using them just a few times, visible wear and tear appeared on both the right and left sides. Considering how little I’ve worn them, the shoes wearing out this quickly has been very disappointing.
When I visited the store to request an exchange or refund, the staff claimed that I had not used the shoes exclusively for running, and therefore refused to assist me. However, I know that the product comes with a 6-month warranty, and I do not believe my usage falls outside the warranty terms.
