Soles and Sides of Decathlon Shoes Get Worn Out in Just a Month!
I bought a pair of sneakers from Decathlon for my kid's PE classes on April 8, 2024. Today, on May 17, 2024, we went back to the Decathlon store to discuss the problem of the soles wearing out and the sides splitting within a mere month. The store staff, though, were not very helpful and seemed to suggest that the shoes couldn't have gotten so worn out so fast, implying that they were used improperly.
My son kept slipping multiple times because of the worn-out soles, and that's just not okay. Hearing such excuses from the staff is quite disappointing. I've decided not to buy anything from your store anymore.
