Bought Quechua Kids’ Boots from Decathlon, Torn Quickly

I purchased a pair of Quechua brand children’s boots from Decathlon, and after being used for just one winter season (around 3–4 months), the boots tore apart. We bought the product from either the Kentpark or One Tower Decathlon store, but unfortunately, we no longer have the receipt.
When we reported the issue to the store staff, they immediately said it wasn’t covered under warranty and also refused to process the complaint because the receipt was missing. However, it’s clear that this product could only have been purchased from Decathlon, as it’s not sold anywhere else.
I request a refund or replacement for this product, which tore after such a short period of use. I kindly ask that the relevant team resolve this issue and ensure my consumer rights are upheld.
