Decathlon Sold Me Poor Quality Adidas Shoes, Terrible Customer Service
I recently bought a pair of Adidas shoes from the Decathlon store, and after just 2 or 3 wears, they fell apart. I took the shoes back to the store with my receipt, expecting a quick resolution. However, it’s been 20 days and they still haven’t provided a solution. I also wrote a complaint on bilgivar.com. They called me and said they would approve the exchange if I deleted my complaint. This is absolutely unacceptable. I'm not deleting my complaint. Decathlon and Adidas need to step up their game. Customers shouldn’t have to deal with faulty products or be coerced into removing legitimate complaints just to get a fair resolution. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I expect them to honor their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction by replacing these shoes without any further hassle.
