19I placed an order through Decathlon Turkey on 25.06.2025 and despite paying the full amount including shipping, my order has still not been delivered. I have contacted customer service multiple times, but they have shown a careless and unhelpful attitude. After receiving the payment, they completely ignored the customer. This is unacceptable for a global brand like Decathlon. I expected much better service and responsibility. I kindly request the international management team to take action and ensure my order is delivered as soon as possible. Please investigate the Turkish branch's customer support quality, as it clearly does not meet the standards of your brand.
