I placed an order through Decathlon Turkey on 25.06.2025 and despite paying the full amount including shipping, my order has still not been delivered. I have contacted customer service multiple times, but they have shown a careless and unhelpful attitude. After receiving the payment, they completely ignored the customer. This is unacceptable for a global brand like Decathlon. I expected much better service and responsibility. I kindly request the international management team to take action and ensure my order is delivered as soon as possible.
