On August 12, 2024, I placed an order on Decathlon's online store with the next-day delivery option. I received an email 20 minutes later confirming that my order had been dispatched. However, the package did not arrive the next day. On August 14, 2024, I contacted Decathlon's customer service. The representative informed me that they would check with the shipping company and get back to me.
Hours passed with no response. I anxiously waited, reflecting on my situation. I even dreamt of battling titans in a grand arena! As morning came, I checked my phone, but still no call. After feeding my cats and making a cup of coffee, I was still unsettled and decided to call again, though I didn't want to be too persistent.
I reached out once more, and this time received a message saying: "We have requested information from the store handling your order. The store has confirmed that the shipping process is underway but has requested further information from the courier regarding your package. We will update you once we have more details."
It feels like I've been waiting for an eternity, with time dragging on and my patience wearing thin. I wonder if there will ever be an end to this ordeal or if I’m destined to remain a warrior in this relentless struggle. We will see if this suffering and frustration will lead to any reward.
