My Decathlon Online Order for Vacation Not Delivered After 7 Days
On July 14, 2024, I placed an order (TR2891357670) through Decathlon's online store for my upcoming vacation. It's been seven days and I still haven't received my items. Contacting customer service has been extremely difficult, and when I do finally get through, their only option is to email the logistics company. They promised to get back to me, but I haven't received a single notification or call.
When I track the order myself, I discovered that it is still in Istanbul. It's 2024, and I can get an order from China in 8 days, but Decathlon can't deliver my vacation items in the same timeframe within Turkey.
I leave for vacation tomorrow morning, and at best, the products will arrive 3-4 days later, making them useless for my trip. I will end up with items that cannot be used for their intended purpose. It's disappointing to see how a global company like Decathlon operates in Turkey. This situation is far from satisfactory, especially considering the ₺ I've spent on this order.
