I placed my order with number TR3190635175 yesterday, on 14.02.25, but it still hasn’t been shipped. I expected a company like Decathlon to dispatch it on the same day. When I order from other e-commerce platforms, my package is shipped immediately, and even small boutiques manage to ship on the same day, yet Decathlon hasn’t sent my order from its warehouse for two days. Despite advertising fast shipping, their actual service is far from reliable. I repeatedly told their representatives that it was urgent and needed to be shipped, but they keep brushing me off. I bought this item as a gift, and it absolutely needs to arrive by Monday. I hope someone here can help.
