I purchased two Darphin Intral Summer Care Sets from Kozmevit (Order No: KV180451412) in April 2025, paying a total of ₺3,540.00. Unfortunately, one of the sets turned out to be defective. The sunscreen included in the set crumbles and pills in my hands when applied, making it completely unusable.
I tried to contact Kozmevit customer service, but my calls went unanswered. I even left a voicemail, yet I never received a callback. Out of frustration, I reached out to Darphin customer service directly. I provided photos showing how the product looked on my skin along with the batch codes. A representative named Ms. S** assured me** that the issue would be resolved promptly and that I would receive a refund.
However, despite these assurances, it is now July, and nothing has been resolved. Each time I manage to get in touch with Ms. S****, she repeats the same message—that the issue will be fixed soon and I just need to wait. But no progress has been made. Kozmevit, on the other hand, never responded at all.
For reference, the product with batch code ‘b’ is fine, while the other one is defective.
I demand the immediate refund of my payment without further delay. This prolonged lack of resolution is unacceptable for both Kozmevit and Darphin.
