Darphin Products Missing Seals And Samples, Poor Customer Service Response

I recently purchased several products from Darphin, but only one of them arrived with a protective seal. When I called customer service to ask about this, they simply said that “some products have seals and some do not” and claimed there was nothing they could do.

In addition, the package was missing the trial-size sample that was supposed to be included. When I raised this issue, the representative again dismissed it, saying “it must be out of stock, it’s not our responsibility.”

For a luxury skincare brand, such dismissive service and lack of quality control are unacceptable. This experience has been a complete disappointment, showing that customer satisfaction is clearly not a priority for Darphin. After this, I no longer plan to purchase products from the brand.
