I ordered a Darphin sunscreen online, expecting reliable sun protection from a premium skincare brand. However, after applying the product, I noticed a troubling reaction: my face appeared several shades darker, as if the sunscreen had caused skin darkening instead of protection.
I contacted customer service regarding this issue, but they dismissed it by saying that such a reaction could happen. This explanation is unacceptable, especially since the product is not a tinted sunscreen and should not alter skin tone in this way.
