Darphin Retinol From Dermoeczanem Appears Fake And Blocks My Account
I purchased Darphin Éclat Retinol from Dermoeczanem, believing it to be authentic. However, when I compared the capsules to the ones from my previous original package, the color difference was obvious—the new capsules were noticeably lighter in tone. On top of that, instead of the standard 60 capsules, the package contained 61, which further raised doubts about authenticity.
It is quite clear that the product I received is not genuine. To make matters worse, after I submitted a return request, I can no longer log into my account on their website. This is extremely suspicious and unprofessional.
I am demanding a full refund for this product. If my issue is not resolved promptly, I will escalate the matter by filing an official complaint with the Consumer Protection Authority. Customers deserve transparency and authenticity, not counterfeit products and blocked accounts.
