I purchased Ducray Dexyane Med eye cream on May 31, 2024, for 650₺ to treat eczema around my eyes. However, after using it only twice, I experienced severe redness, itching, and swelling around my eyes.
This reaction makes the product completely unusable for me. I trusted this cream to help with my skin condition, but instead, it made things worse. I cannot continue using something that causes such an adverse reaction.
I request an official product inspection and a full refund. Ducray, you need to stand by your product quality and address this issue immediately. Customers should not suffer skin irritation from a product that is supposed to treat sensitive skin!
