Darphin Serum From Official Website Feels Like Water And Seems Diluted

I purchased a Darphin serum directly from the brand’s official website, but the product I received is extremely disappointing. Instead of having the expected serum texture, it feels just like water. This makes me suspect that the product may have been diluted.

I honestly regret not buying it from a pharmacy, where I would have felt more confident about its authenticity. Now I am even questioning whether counterfeit or faulty items could be sold on Darphin’s own website.

I demand a clear explanation from Darphin regarding this issue. Customers deserve to receive authentic, high-quality products when shopping from the brand’s official store. After this experience, I will never purchase from them again and certainly cannot recommend the brand to others.
