Daikin Combi Has a Unit That Needs Attention, They're Not Coming!!!

I have been trying to get Daikin combi service for my faulty unit for exactly two months now. Despite securing appointments three times through customer service, and reaching out to the Amasya Merzifon dealer in our region, there has been no response. It seems like nobody cares, and I'm worried that my combi might explode if the issue persists. Do they really have to wait for something catastrophic to happen before taking any action?

Thank you for getting in touch. The service arrived the day after we contacted you. Our problem was that the water temperature was fluctuating, and while the radiator temperature was 35 degrees, it would rise to the 70s. The technician who came resolved this issue. Later, he suggested cleaning the boiler for 500 lira, and I agreed, but I wish I hadn't. During the cleaning, he broke a part and then said he would replace it. They came yesterday and tried fifty different parts. To sum up, neither our hot water nor our radiators are working. The temperature in our area is around 5 degrees, and instead of the boiler, we are using a space heater. We were told it would take a week for the part to arrive, and we have to manage like this. I didn't want to call the service again because I was afraid they might cause more damage. I have been waiting for over a month for your help, but the result is very bad. Please send a more competent service team as soon as possible.

"I called the service for the 5th time for the product I bought brand new 2 months ago. The service checked my product just yesterday, loaded parameters again, and left. Once again, it made a popping sound, gave error 1165, and the red light turned on. Then it fixed itself and started working again. For God's sake, solve this problem already. It's a brand new boiler, brand new. A pop, a sound. Enough already. Did we find our lives on the road? I sincerely request the authorities to resolve my grievance as soon as possible. Either take back your boiler and refund my money, or replace the boiler already."
