Daikin Condence D2CSC024 Boiler Pressure Drop Error Not Fixed
My Daikin Condence D2CSC024 model combi boiler has been showing a pressure drop error for about 15 days, and I have been unable to use it during this time. I live in Istanbul/Kadıköy and my grievance continues. To resolve the issue, I created a service request both by phone and online, with my customer number 5000******34. However, the service team keeps making excuses, does not show up, and offers no solution. Although the boiler is still under warranty, my calls with Daikin customer service have also brought no clear result; I cannot reach any authorized technician, and I feel I am constantly being stalled. Considering this is a product critical to both safety and health, I absolutely cannot accept such negligence and indifference in service. Meanwhile, I cannot use hot water, which seriously affects my daily life. I urgently request that my issue be resolved and my grievance addressed.
