Daikin Boiler a Nightmare - Constant Maintenance and Malfunction

I purchased a brand new Daikin combi boiler, and this will be the 3rd service call due to constant error 1167. When I turn on the radiators, there's a loud noise like an explosion from the boiler. It triggers error 1167 and then resumes working. Only when I use hot water, do I hear a popping sound from the chimney. When we contact customer service for a service appointment, they provide a service number. But when we mention the potential danger, they say they're busy and can only come tomorrow or the day after. What should we do now? Should we leave our house to avoid the risk of an explosion? Isn't this a matter of urgency? There are five people in our home, including three children. If an explosion were to happen right now, and if something were to happen to any of us, leading to a tragic outcome, would you prioritize your schedule over immediate action? Please understand the urgency of our situation. It can't be that hard. Furthermore, I bought the combi boiler brand new, and it hasn't even been two months. We're exhausted from repeatedly calling for service.
