I called the service for the 5th time for the product I bought brand new 2 months ago. The service checked my product just yesterday, loaded parameters again, and left. Once again, it made a popping sound, gave error 1165, and the red light turned on. Then it fixed itself and started working again. For God's sake, solve this problem already. It's a brand new boiler, brand new. A pop, a sound. Enough already. Did we find our lives on the road? I sincerely request the authorities to resolve my grievance as soon as possible. Either take back your boiler and refund my money, or replace the boiler already.

I purchased a brand new Daikin combi boiler, and this will be the 3rd service call due to constant error 1167. When I turn on the radiators, there's a loud noise like an explosion from the boiler. It triggers error 1167 and then resumes working. Only when I use hot water, do I hear a popping sound from the chimney. When we contact customer service for a service appointment, they provide a service number. But when we mention the potential danger, they say they're busy and can only come tomorrow or the day after. What should we do now? Should we leave our house to avoid the risk of an explosion? Isn't this a matter of urgency? There are five people in our home, including three children. If an explosion were to happen right now, and if something were to happen to any of us, leading to a tragic outcome, would you prioritize your schedule over immediate action? Please understand the urgency of our situation. It can't be that hard. Furthermore, I bought the combi boiler brand new, and it hasn't even been two months. We're exhausted from repeatedly calling for service.

To care? It's been almost 24 hours since this urgent matter and the time you gave me. You really cared a lot. For God's sake, is there no one who calls, comes, or goes? I swear, never again with any of Daikin's products...

Hello. I have opened a service record about 4 times. I bought a brand new Daikin NDJ Smart Premix 24 KW (D2CND024) fully condensing boiler. I believe it was on August 29. Since the day I started using it, my boiler has been making loud banging noises and failing. (The errors I received are 1164 - 1165 - 1166 - 1167, and I have countless video recordings of these. I have sent and shown these videos to all the service staff who came.). The service has come many times. Today, they said they would come again, but no one has shown up. Our lives cannot be this worthless to a big company like yours. I have a question for you. You have three children at home. You bought a brand new boiler. It hasn't even been 2 months. You have called for service 4-5 times. Your boiler makes explosive noises. It fails. The service says they will come but they don't. Those who come do not produce a solution to this problem. What would you do if you were in my place, for God's sake? Would you be as calm as I am? Enough is enough, for God's sake. Whoever is coming, let them come and either replace our boiler or do whatever needs to be done. You have made me swear off buying Daikin products ever again. I will also file a complaint with the consumer arbitration board regarding this issue. The service came after the first complaint record. The next day, you said my problem was resolved and if I thanked and gave 5 stars on Şikayetvar, you would give me a free maintenance service for a year. I don't want your maintenance service. Let everyone see how a big company like Daikin disregards people's lives and how much it victimizes people... The videos I uploaded were taken today and yesterday. I am not even counting the ones I couldn't record. Only 6 can be uploaded here. We are walking around with our phones to ensure our safety.
